"I have been Patient of Dr Malloy, Dr Avila and Dr Hankins since 1989 when they were still in Mundelein. My kids and both my brothers kids go to this office now. They are great all around. The nurses are compassionate, they do not push medicine and listen to their clients/ customers. If there is a small issue they resolve it 100%. We travel quite a distance now to see them but it is hard to find good doctors. I dread the day Dr Malloy retires, he has been a part of our family for 30 years. He knows all of our families names and really cares. Dr Avila and Hankins are just as amazing. I do like the other doctors in the office that have joined as they grew, all very kind. A very great choice for pediatricians."

"THE WORST !! Called to make an appointment first thing this morning. Gave all required information and then was told that they would have to call me back. Waited for 2 1/2 hours call was never returned. Called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I tried once again to make an appointment for my daughter which was a follow up to a visit at an immediate care center I was told " We don't take that insurance, sorry can't help you." What?? That's it? VERY cold, dismissive, rude, and uncaring. Certainly NO PLACE to bring your child."
