"I came in with my friend to support her when we thought she might be pregnant. We are both 18 and I was so worried for her. She was terrified as well! The staff at informed choices was so welcoming and actually allowed me to come with my friend throughout the process to be there for her. They laid out all her options for the pregnancy while we waited for the test to develop. It came out negative, we sat with one of the staff members, lisa, for some time and she was the sweetest woman! Me and my friend still talk about how much her story moved us and how my friend appreciated this woman’s kindness. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who is pregnant or think they might be."

"I felt very welcomed walking in. Cheryl does an excellent job at getting you settled in and making you feel like a priority. She is very supportive and the nurse, Courtney, also made me feel like she cares about ME. The place is very well decorated and relaxing. All of their services are absolutely free. Highly recommend for anyone feeling scared about being pregnant if they need somebody to talk to. Great service."

"Visited the facility and talked with the Executive Director, Center Director, and staff abut the services they offer - surprised to learn that EVERYTHING is free, including ultrasound by trained nurses if you qualify. Everyone was courteous, professional, and open to answering my questions. Witnessed welcoming of a new client which was handled with extreme compassion and sensitivity - client was very distraught when she arrived, and in a period of 10 or 15 minutes was much more calm, composed, and communicative. The staff then helped her with completing intake information and set her up with a counselor/client advocate who took her into a private counseling room. The whole process was very impressive and capably handled. The center itself was very clean and nicely decorated - very welcoming in appearance and atmosphere."
