"I have been going to this practice for over 20 years, my original doctor retired so I got Dr. Bergeson and I have been seeing her for a few years now. But since Duly took over the practice, I am not sure there is min. charge per appt. I went in for my annual physical and Dr. Bergeson ASKED about my blood sugar from last year and if I had any symptoms, I answered her that I do go to the bathroom frequently. She then said I can try a certain medication. So for just that quick question and it's related to my blood test she coded that I asked her about my symptom that was not related to my annual exam. I was charged $175 and is not covered by my insurance company. SO beware, they are out for extra $$$, make sure to ask if there will be a charge before asking any questions during your annual physical."

"She started out as my first born's pediatrician. But we love her so much, she's become the primary physician for the whole family, even though she moved her office 30 minutes away (she used to be around 10 minutes from home). She's caring, listens without judgement, and realistic. The staff in her office are super nice too. I do wish she was a tad bit closer but totally worth the drive to see her!"
"Such a nice lady, first off. She is sharp and caring. Really glad to have found her. She suggested an actual treatment plan to my husband who had seen a couple of doctors who just blew him off before. And she detected my thyroid problem when I thought I was fine. She's a keeper."
