"An irresponsible doctor who initially claimed that she would take blood for TB test, but did not do anything, made a payment, did not take blood for analysis with the excuse that she did not have a refrigerator for storage. She gave me a referral to another clinic where the test costs $139, but due to her referral, I could have been charged $400+. I am very dissatisfied, I asked the doctor before and during the appointment if this is possible, but she took payment without doing anything. Wasted time, nerves and money"

"Pharmacist took the time to find a coupon for my prescription that saved me $50! While waiting for the prescription, I went to look for an OTC product my doctor recommended, I wasn't able to locate it, but asked another pharmacist if he could direct me to it when he was ringing up my prescription, he said he would grab it for me, so he also took extra time to find what I needed. Customer service is the key reason CVS is my go-to pharmacy."

"I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I researched before I came in for a minute clinic walk-in. When I got there I tried setting it up and it wouldn't allow me to. I kept getting an error. I then asked the doctor for help and he was the rudest person. He basically told me tough. He said they no longer do walk-ins, the computer wasn't working and if I wanted to wait around for hours that was my prerogative but if the next person didn't show up for their shift .... oh well. I cannot believe I wasted my time. If you need a doctor run as far as you can from here and find a real one committed to the actual healthcare of patients."

"Confused about all the negative reviews. Worth noting that a lot of them are from over a year + ago. Hmm maybe I'm missing something or maybe things have changed but regardless I had a great experience with the provider Kwon. I apologize I don't recall her first name but she was amazing. She was thorough, clear, and provided what I thought to be excellent care. I went in to treat a small wound and this experience definitely exceeded my expectations seeing as it was my first time ever using a MinuteClinic. If you're considering using MinuteClinic, please do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment online, complete the registration online, and when ready, check in online. It just makes things way easier for you. Cheers!"

"I am honestly surprised at all the bad reviews, I come here often with my kids. All the nurses I have come in contact with at this location are the best of the best. Very personable and they always completely check you out. I’ve had bad experiences with urgent care not completely doing a full check up. They do a better job than the urgent care, and I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. My daughter has had strep a couple of times and she has a hard time with the swab , and they are very patient with her. The offices are clean and tidy. I’m Always satisfied when I use this location."
