She didn't tell me things, she explained them and educated me. Our concerns were answered and she reassured us on our new journey into parenting. My daughter has a unique condition which needs special attention, Dr. Karna was sympathetic and knowledgeable about her condition. Also, due to her condition, infectious diseases affect her more than other children. The common cold could mean hospitalization and intubation. I was happy to see Dr. Karna's team applying recommendations from the CDC to prevent the spread of infection. Dr. Karna also wore a mask and face shield during the visit. A+"
