"My son was born very premature and diagnosed with global developmental delay and came home with a trach and ventilator after a 9.5 month NICU stay. When he turned 2, my husband and I started looking for places that could accommodate my son since hes a medically complex baby and through research I came JoyCare. My husband and I both work and so JoyCare seemed like the best solution. I talked to my son’s complex care PCP at Texas Children and she highly recommended JoyCare. Our pulmonary doctor at Texas Children was also on board with my son going to JoyCare. My son has been attending JoyCare for more than a year and we absolutely love love JoyCare. The nurses and staff take the best care of the children and I know my son is in a great environment where he can learn and play. "Great for kids for therapy purposes will see tremendous improvement. Office is horrible to in house staff, high turnover. You will see a new employee everyday care suffers daily reports not filled out. Also, no inside visits like other daycares."
"My little goes here and seems to be progressing daily. It was difficult for my family getting help with our medically complex baby but JoyCare came through right on time. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean. Administration is organized and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the class structure. I don’t like the fact my 2 year is in the same room as older kids. I understand the mental capacity being same but that doesn’t change size or risk of injury for my little one. Overall great place and very happy with the team."
