"I'm currently in the ER, I've been here for 5 hours. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and thought I was having a miscarriage. I've been waiting for 2 hours for my ultrasound results and still nothing. I've asked several times if I can get anything to eat or drink because I haven't eaten anything all day, it is now 6pm. They keep saying they need to wait for the doctor to see results for me to be able to eat. 3 hours later they say everything is okay but i now have low blood pressure and getting discharged anyway"

"I went to ER, got the worst service. I was there about 20 minutes. The doctor never introduced herself. Nurse was just stupid. Another nurse kept walking by with the tightest pants on, so unprofessional. I was taken to a CHAIR not a room. Then I get charged a $1000 room charge according to my insurance company. What!!! They may be leading medicine but ripping people off as well. By the way I had to wait for the chair to dry before sitting. Someone called me to hear my complaint but she was so nonchalant it was a total waste. Methodist needs to stop ripping people off and include customer service trading for employees."

"It was my first time there , not gonna lie this hospital reminds me of the movies Ex: That tsunami movie where the family got separated and they had to find each other kid and mom searched the hospital to find dad & his brothers , LOL . It was different . Cute nurses to be honest I had two females take care of me in the waiting area , I liked the energy . Other than that not sure why the ratings are so low ? The patients can’t blame the doctors for your bad habits , gotta take accountability . Start eating right , exercise etc !"

"I had cervical fusion surgery here. Registration was very streamlined and went smoothly. Facility was clean. Food was well prepared and staff was engaged and encouraging. Doctors and nurses were very attentive. Nothing negative in my experience here. Thank you to all the staff that had any interaction and made a scary situation less stressful."

"The hospital staff on the second floor was amazing. My experience was 10/10, the front desk greeters on the second floor were very welcoming. My doctor, all the nurses that cared for me, the chaplain, anesthesiologist, and the surgical tech did such a wonderful job making me feel cared for and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for your care."
