"Their hours on their google page, their website, their appointment-making website (Solv), and their front door all say 7a-7p Mon-Sat. Saturday at 11.40a, I pull up to my appointment to find the doors locked and the parking lot empty. Update your hours. Take the time to go to the Lancaster Urgent Care TX. At least they adhere to their posted hours & everyone there is excellent."

"I had a nice experience. I had an appointment not long after they opened and there were about 3 people ahead of me. I had to wait about an hour or so before being seen which is to be expected at an urgent care facility. However as soon I was called back, I was evaluated and taken care of immediately. The PA I saw was very friendly and down to earth. He made me feel comfortable in his care. All the test they ran came back negative which I expected but my issue remains and I may choose to seek a specialist to evaluate me further as I’ve already seen my PCP for this issue. I would’ve give 5 stars but I’m only giving 4 because I had to fill out paperwork online and then had to fill out the exact same paperwork when I arrived. I was told that the softy that generates the request for paperwork is not one they use anymore so that was a bit annoying but otherwise a good experience."

"I was in so much pain yesterday when I found your please! I was listening to Google maps and saw your building. I thought try there. Upon entering the lobby. I was greeted warmly which put me at ease. I explain To the young black female that I want from There but I needed a Doctor. After filling out all my information. I was waited on and given the best care! I could have been given. I love this place and would definitely like to tell more people to go here. Director excellent Nurse excellent all around EXCELLENT!"

"Devin and Eddie are amazing! The wait was minimal, and Eddie truly showed compassion during my visit. I will definitely return in my time of need. The office is clean, and the staff are professional. Thank you for taking care of me. I even received a follow up call today, to make sure I had gotten all of my medication filled. Thanks guys ❤️"

"If I could give more stars I would. I can not say enough good things about this urgent care center. Every single employee that I encountered went above and beyond. Starting with Devin at the front desk. She was very patient and helpful when we were trying to get my daughters insurance coverage situation straightened out. She was super sweet and kind and went out of her way to help me. Jasmine the M/A was amazing as well. She treated us so warmly and made us feel comfortable and at ease. She got my 5 year old daughter to take her medicine like a champ; she definitely has a magic touch. My daughter is still talking about her and how she was so nice! And I appreciated her being so down to earth and making the visit a lot easier and more enjoyable. Kristen the NP, made us feel comfortable right away. She listened to all of my daughters symptoms and was very informative and patient when explaining things to us. She was kind hearted and sympathetic. The perfect qualities for any doctor to have. I hope I never have to take any of my kids to an urgent care center again, but if I do, it will definitely be Total Point Urgent Care in Desoto."
