"Good Tax Services Marred by Poor Communication This tax service is competent in handling taxes, but their communication is severely lacking. I, like many others, have experienced unprofessional and ineffective communication, with promised callbacks never materialized. It's been two years of trying to resolve my issue, yet it remains pending. Caution advised due to these persistent communication problems."
"They do a good job with the taxes but they were not punctual. We had made an appointment for 8 in the morning on a Monday. We got there and waited for a long time and even called them multiple times. A lady got there at almost 9. This was very unprofessional and upsetting since I also had other things I had to do but had my schedule pushed back. They tried to make explanations but one person said the other one lived far and there was traffic and even said something about the car. But I live far too and went all the way from dale. She didn’t even apologize for that. The actual taxes part was okay she explained the situation that happened and talked to IRS."

"Customer service was amazing and it was very easy to get my taxes filed. I was a walk-in customer and had to wait only a short time, and while I waited the staff was attentive and kept us updated. The staff speak both English and Spanish, there is plenty of seating, and everyone was friendly. Leticia greeted us with a smile, listened to our tax needs and was able to file our taxes while we waited. Leticia was personable, and I highly recommend her and her office for all tax needs. My husband and I will continue to use Jaimes Tax Services for filing our income tax returns."
