"The office was rushed and i came in as a new patient. I see a psychiatrist who prescribes me all of my psych meds. The lady sitting at the front desk called me up while i was filling out my paperwork and said outloud so everyone in the waiting room could hear that i was prescribed valium. So much for confidentiality. She then said they dont treat patients who take this medication and i said i havent been on it for six months and she still wanted to turn me away like i was some reject. Im sure tHeres a method for their madness but typically psych meds like the ones im on get prescribed by a psychiatrist anyway...not a family doctor. It takes a specialist. Anyway after reasoning with her she backed off and ALLOWED me to stay..."

"Edited update :This review is for people who have a deductible or perhaps no insurance. On December 7th I took my 3-year-old and my 16-year-old in for an appointment. My 3-year-old had some eczema around his eye and his eyes were infected. They checked his blood pressure Listen to his heart Checked his ears And prescribed cream for his eczema and cream for his eyes. My 16-year-old had a sinus infection. He verbally explained his symptoms. They agreed and prescribed medicine. Both children were seen at the same time and the appointment lasted maybe 15 minutes with the nurse practitioner. My 3-year-old cost $300 and my 16-year-old cost $500. For such little treatment and for such small amount of time, $800 is too much money. Perhaps it was because I had a deductible and they did not have insurance constraints on their prices, I don't know. I do think it's unethical to charge so much and to not disclose it ahead of time. They literally can charge whatever they want and I'm forced to legally pay it. We came from Cook children's where my bill averaged $189 and the local walk-in only clinic charges $125 a visit. In order for us to get the prescription for the eczema, the insurance company wanted the doctor's office to verify that it was needed. It took the doctor's office almost a month to verify the medicine. It's a good thing it wasn't seriously important. Not at all Impressed with this office or Texas health medical."

"It took me years to get the bravery to reach out for help. I arrived maybe 7 minutes late trying to find the office and the doctor refused to see me. Paperwork filled out. Appointment paid for online prior to the appointment. Zero people in the office. I understand there are policies to follow, but the heartlessness I experienced today was very unexpected. If you’re expecting any sort of light at the end of a tunnel it won’t be found here."

"We have loved Dr Bailey and staff the last few years however their patient care has significantly gone downhill recently. We are done with them after today. My whole family sees Dr Bailey. The last two experiences have left us frustrated, and disappointed. Today I called as soon as they opened to get an appointment for my son who is sick. He has a history of strep throat. I wanted him to be seen and tested since he’s been complaining for 5 days now and seems to be getting worse. They make an appointment with Dr Angelica and then within 20 mins call me back to cancel it. Telling me to go to Cooks urgent care instead. Which has an insanely long wait - hours and hours. They refused to see him because of Covid and RSV. Like what in the world?!? You’re a doctors office and you refuse to see a sick patient. That’s absolute junk. Our last appointment went pretty similar only I showed up and when I got there they told me they had canceled the appointment. I got no phone call or text canceling. After arguing that I wasn’t leaving after driving 40 mins with a sick kid, they agreed to see me and sure enough he had strep. I’m blown away by the lack of professionalism and basic patient care that this office has put out since COVID. What a waste of time. We are done. We loved Dr Bailey as a doctor but clearly priorities have changed in this office and they no longer care about providing actual medical care."

"Dr. Bailey is wonderful. It was my first visit and I felt very comfortable to talk to her about all of my concerns. Her staff was great too. They drew my labs right there in the exam room which was lovely. I highly recommend her! I'm so glad I found a PCP that I don't dread going to."
