"BEWARE!!! We hired Lynn to prepare our taxes specifically for the reason that we had business-related expenses that needed to be reported and didn't want to make any costly mistakes that would cause us to owe the IRS or be audited. However, we've been audited 2 years in a row and had to pay back thousands of dollars to the IRS. Expenses that should have been reported under specific categories were just put under "Other." This was a red flag by itself. In addition, there were questions regarding my wife's real estate commissions that were unclear, which also caused a gross misrepresentation of reported expenses. We relied upon the expertise and experience of Lynn and his staff to guide or warn us of any questionable information being filed. Instead, when we sat down with Lynn after being contacted by the IRS to discuss this matter, he took no personal responsibility and, in fact, put the onus on us, wanting to charge us additional money to fix something that we feel could have been avoided, had our taxes been filed properly in the first place. Bottom line, we'll never use his services again."
