"While some people might recommend this place, I would highly advise to steer clear. I'll try to keep this as short/concise as possible. I called to schedule an appointment with Paola back in the beginning of April of 2022 only to be told that she was fully booked and no longer taking any clients. The assistant who i spoke with clearly asked me if i wished to file an extension they would do so and i could go in a week or two after tax day, so i said "YES". I asked what was needed of me and only said my name and number, i gave that information over to them and that was that. In June I ended up filing through a friend of mine, but come July I received a letter from the IRS saying i owed over $2,500 in fees for not filing, failure to pay etc. I tried to contact the IRS for months only to be told they never received an extension and they couldn't do anything on their behalf. I eventually contacted Paola in August or so to tell her of this issue and she said she would look into it, never did and i never heard from her again and now i'm forced to hand out more money to the IRS because Paola couldn't simply help me out for her workers mistakes and send me a document at least confirming that it was their fault. It's funny how people will vouch for the services they provide only to push you away and close the door on you when they don't want to take blame for anything."
