Taxes R Us

"I have been using taxes r us since 2015 and always had great service. However, the past 3 years have been disappointing. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone by phone or email and my taxes have not been filed for the past 2yrs not even the extension that was promised for last year. I’ve called numerous times to get my information just to be ignored. Really disappointed, seeing as how I’ve been working with Morshanda and sent numerous referrals to her, for year. I have always trusted her with my information. At the very least they could respond and send me my information so I can file else where. But no one will return or answer my calls. In response to your reply below: you know very well that you have not been replying to my emails or phone calls. I have never had an issue with you EVER.. your service prior has always been excellent. Which is why I’m disappointed. I’ve been more than patient and keep getting ignored. It’s funny that after all of my attempts to contact you this past year I get a response w/in 3hrs of this post. All I want is for you to finish the work that was promised and started. I never received a copy of any of the paperwork you guys started or a receipt of the extension. I tried calling you yesterday and today on the number on your website, the same number I’ve called for years, and there was no answer. You also have my number and could have called me back as well as a long time customer that refers business to you."

"I love them been dealing with them for a few years and and never met them until a few years after they felt like family o left the country a few years I'm back I'm calling them tomorrow they do everything to get you the most money you can get, the right way"

"I emailed all my tax documents to them on March 3, 2021 being that I used them last year with no issues at all. Upon sending the email I received a automated email back stating everything that I needed to provide which I did and at the bottom of the email stated that I will be hearing back from them within 48-72 hrs which I let three weeks go by while trying to contact them by phone and email with no response what's so ever which I found that to very unprofessional. So I decide to call back one more time and I finally got an answer for them to tell me that the lady who did my taxes is currently busy and they will pull my file and give me a call back. About 3 hours later and still no call returned. I finally decided that I had enough and I sent an email saying that I no longer needed their services and I'm going to find somebody else that have time to respond to my emails or calls. So they finally responded to that email saying that they was trying to call me which I told her that was a lie because I have never received not one phone call from their office since I sent in my documents. The woman then decided to call me and left an inappropriate voicemail being very disrespectful. She stated that I can carry my business somewhere else and that she does not know where I came from which I found that to be very weird of her to say cause they did my taxes last year. I wish there was a way for me to upload the voicemail she left me which was extremely unprofessional while she was screaming for most of the time like a toddler. Since they wasted 3 weeks of my time I now have to look for someone else to prepare my taxes."
