"Milla appeared to be very professional and kind when we first met with her to do our taxes. She had quoted us $250 to complete our taxes. She informed us it would take 10 days to complete our taxes. When three weeks passed I called her and her assistant told us that our takes was done and it would cost $350. I had told him she quoted us $250 and he said our taxes was more complicated so it went up. I had did our taxes on turbo tax in less than an hour and calculated the same return he told me that we would be receiving. The only reason my husband and I decided to use a "tax professional" was because we just got married last year and had two rental properties, so we just wanted to ensure we weren't missing anything. When I did our taxes our refund was $98 and Milla came up with the same amount. Milla said our houses together was a lost because we made too much income. This would of been nice to know before we agreed to have our taxes done for $330. My husband then tried to call her and tell her that she had quoted $250 originally, and her response was " I will keep my word and charge $250 but we will end our business relationship and I will not do our taxes anymore". She was very rude and unprofessional. Please be aware of this unprofessional tax service company."
