"Where to start?? Paid him to file the previous year tax and didn't complete it or did and never send it to me. Who knows. It is very hard to reach, and he never keeps his promises. My folder includes sensitive info he never wants to return it. (example: I will send your file and a copy of your taxes) Forget it when he says that. Never answer his phone (he had me once call him about 20 times in one day) since he is disrespectful. He deserves it!! If I pay you for service, either do it or pay me back my money or explain what happened. He doesn't have any clear answers. Vague and Fugazi . When he knew I learned how to do taxes for hobbies, he sent me the documents missing, which I thought was very disrespectful. How many months has this issue been going? since last March, his excuse is that we are not in the medical field, and we are not fast responders. Shame... I will report him to the IRS for not giving me a copy of my tax return and for taking my money and providing no service. He will probably reply here with another vague story of his just to save face... I don't need anything to keep my money and my folder.. He did file my 2021 tax, though, but in my 2020, I paid for it, and he didn't file it."

"Paul Bryant is the worst tax person to work with. If I could give his business a 0 star I would. He stole almost $900 from my family because he never did our 2018 amendment or our 2020 taxes and that’s what we paid him to do. We hired him back in October 2021. He said he did them, but when we looked at the IRS website nothing was done and we even talked to the IRS on the phone to check on them and nothing. He gave the excuse that he got us mixed up with another one of his clients. When we scheduled to meet with him via zoom he missed that meeting plus another. That’s 2 zoom meetings he missed to get this corrected. After these missed meetings he has ignored our phone calls, text messages and emails. To this day March 2023 we have not been given a refund after asking for one multiple times. That’s almost $900 taken away from our family and he still has all our tax and personal information. We would like to have all that back since he never used them. This is very unprofessional and low of a person to steal from a family when he has a family of his own to care for. I would never ever recommend him to anyone. Sad thing is that he was recommended to us by a family member and we thought he was reliable. WORST TAX SERVICE EVER!!!"
