"Would not recommend unless you want to have issues with your refund 5 months later. The owner of this company filled my taxes and got angry with me when I asked for an explanation about something she needed. And hung up on. She then called my father (because she does his taxes too) and complained about me questioning her. I’m 35 years old, married with children. First of all, she had no right to discuss issues about my taxes with someone other me, as I was the one paying her! Then she threatens to not submit and finish my taxes 3 days before the deadline. All over me wanting clarification on something she asked for. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t have to explain it, if I wanted to know why she needed it and was doing it that way, I could google it! It was a simple question, nothing that serious. It was “is that the same as this other thing” basically. Now we are in September and taxes have had so many issues because she filed them wrong. And I still have not had my refund approved nor will she respond to rectify the situation! I’ve decided to file a formal complaint with all details. Do not use this company. Terrible service."
