"The worst most unprofessional place I have ever had my taxes done. They will not do your taxes while you are there. They call you in once done and tell you how much you are getting back. On the prepared tax paperwork, the preparers name or ptin is no where to be found. They charged me close to 800.00 to prepare it. I felt so cheated and victimized. Don’t ever ever ever let them do your taxes ever. The good reviews are written by the tax preparers themselves! What a bogus company"

"Cedric is the WORST OF WORST ! Cedric has has me audited for the past 5 years. I filed with them in Jan. The irs readjusted my taxes and gave me barely anything. The IRS sent my money finally after this entire year and it went into their account and I never received my money. They STOLE ALL MY REFUND MONEY. I am currently working with the IRS and police to file charges for my stolen refund. There are no contact information for them or anything. This is sadddddd. Please go to a more reputable company and do not waste your time. The fees 771$ for a return that continues to be audited. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. My ENTIRE REFUND CHECK WAS STOLEN BY CEDRIC ‼️ Go else where PLEASE ‼️"

"I been going there for four years till this year they did some shady stuff to me and especially my mom who I recommended to go to them . My mom did her own taxes at first on turbo tax she was to received $3,286 back but the irs sent a notice saying she needed to submit her insurance 1090 paper so instead of her waiting in the mail for 45 days I took her to this place . I explained the secretary the situation because my mom don't know much English and don't have knowledge of these things as well as my self but we were trying to do the best for her interest . Well the lady said oh no don't do turbo tax they just want your money so at the end of everything she said she'll be getting $2,456 after fees and stuff so we took the offer two months later before it was sent (check)by the IRS the place called her told her her check was there so coming to find out the check was made by them deducted $1,000 + from her actual irs check and ended up getting $1,400 . This business is crooked going to them and arguing about the claim is pointless because I can see the hostility that will come behind if I was to go up there and acknowledge the issue which is not right. They won they got my mom God bless them but surely ppl will see the crooked and leave as well. Everything is in God's hands and if they richer by stealing from vulnerable ppl then more power to them. I will not go back thank you for your service . ✌"

"Do not I repeat do not let them do your taxes. They filed my return in 2016 I recently got audit by the IRS FOR $4,000 because the guy lied and said that I had a work vehicle and I had my own business. He also lied about how much I made. I went to them because I was told that they could help me itemize some of my expenses being that my husband is 100% disabled and I was unsure if I could file for him. Now I'm stuck paying the IRS but I have filed a claim against them being that I was unaware of the fact they they were lying to get people extra money. I never asked for anything extra I just wanted help being that I didn't know if I was able to file for my spouse."

"Do not get your taxes done here! They will charge you $500 and screw you over. Sure you’ll get a nice sized refund, but when you get audited by the IRS and reach out to them for help they go radio silent and offer no help at all. They did not explain anything about the process and then leave you out in the cold. I know of at least three other people who went through my same troubles."
