"I'm a business professor of Rice university here in Houston. Searched and found this company. Talked with the OWNER and totally very upset with his RUDENESS, LACK OF EDUCATION, AND UN-PROFESSIONALISM. How on earth can he answer his new clients like that? I know this is for Vietnamese who do not know English and need his help and they may not care much about his rudeness. But you cannot trust this guy and his company based on such poor customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS IF YOU LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO VALUES CUSTOMERS."

If you have questions, she is the one who is there to help you out. She answers every question I have. Every time when the tax season comes, i go there and wait for a couple of hours.
