"Horrible customer service! You make an appointment and she doesn’t shows up. Called several times and the phone just hangs up. When you are able to talk to her she give you bad information, not sure why she doesn’t follow up with potential customers, but since communication with this person is so horrible, I hate to see what a horrible job she would do with my taxes. I give up trying to give this person any business."
