"When you screw up something so basic as someone’s name you probably shouldn’t be doing anyones taxes. And what’s worst is they refused to mend their errors and tried to brush it off. I’d give them no stars if it was possible."

"Documents and paperwork from out of state which I payed to acquire were faxed to their office... notified the office ahead of time, and was made clear, they would be picked up the very next day. Once on site of the business I was told that they had been thrown out, because the documents had been sitting there for some time.. less than 24 hrs"

"Excellent work!!! Highly recommend! And if you’re complaining about receiving info in a timely fashion, that should tell you how busy they are because they are good. Maybe try asking about timeframe before starting the process."

"Set up time to get Public Notary work done, went out and picked up everyone, got there and they tell us she would not be in today, well thanks for the heads up the day before, wasted gas, wasted trip, wasted our time. just as well, she got rude, said no and left the window when we asked if there was another Notary around. waiting area smelled and was to hot. we would not recommend this place to anyone. go at your own risk."
