"Amy has done a great job keeping the books for my hotels and construction projects for years. She takes care of everything. I highly recommend her if you need someone you can trust to do your bookkeeping."

"Amy and the team are completely awesome! They know what they are doing and they are friendly, responsive and just genuinely pleasant to deal with. As a small business owner, I really appreciate how they have taken financials and payroll off my plate, reducing the time I spend on that stuff by at least 95%. I only wish I’d known what these guys can do a few years earlier. Seriously, get in touch and see what they can do for you and get yourself focussed on something more valuable for your business."

"My initial review was removed by Google, because I wrote it right after leaving the accountant's office and realized how messed up our books are. You should know that after I left my first review I was contacted by Amy saying she would sue us if we did not remove a 100% accurate review. At first I was really impressed with Amy! But she came two or three times and then sent her daughter and a 19 yo girl (who didn't know how to do anything) to sit in the office for the allotted times. That quickly dwindled off. There was always an excuse for why they couldn't show up and had nothing to show. I was told the books were done and ready to be sent to the accountant in the first of January, but nothing was ever sent to him. I tried to address these issues with Amy and was blown off sweetly three times. Maybe family and work should stay separate. Amy might be a good bookkeeper, but she either doesn't manage her employees well, or will not address issues with her family. Either way its a bad combination. We are also small business owners and understand that results should follow asking thousands of dollars a month for a service. I would highly recommend you find a different bookkeeping service."

"We used Amy for our business and were excited at first! However, she handed the account over to her daughter and a 19 year old girl who was completely inexperienced. They did not show up on schedule or send anything to the accountant (that Amy recommended) for two months after they said the work was completed. At that point we terminated our relationship with this company. As a result, our taxes had to be extended, and we are now paying someone else to fix what was not done right in the first place. My wife left a negative review reflecting this and was contacted by the owner saying she would sue us if we did not remove the negative review.. What a poor way to do business! We own a small business and understand how important negative feedback can either be a chance to do better or make excuses. Unfortunately this is a case of the latter. My wife tried four times to address the problems and was blown off sweetly by Amy. We also know as a small business that people expect work to be done and be done correctly when they are shelling out THOUSANDS of dollars a month. Id highly recommend a different bookeeping service. It seems her schedule is now full and she's farming out work to her family."
