"Very unfortunate experience and I remember why my parents never made him my PCP when I went to Franklin High. I waited 3 hours to be seen and didn't appreciate the ignorant receptionist, who obviously has too many wrinkles from how miserable she is and that lousy blonde dye job. Very racist individual in Andres Enriquez, who spoke to me like a kid, despite being a grown man and had the audacity to state "your English is pretty good for an African". Nevermind the fact we speak much better English than most Americans. I remained cordial nonetheless, caught off guard by such unprofessionalism. I look forward to sharing this with as many people as possible, as I search for a new PCP. El Paso has terrible diversity in primary care physicians, with awful beside manners."

"I went to Dr. Enriquez with my parents. My mom has asthma and he wrote a prescription for her medication which was running out. The doctor forgot to put the date on one of the prescriptions. Costco called and they never got back to them. My mom called the doctor’s office yesterday and they told her they would call it in, but didn’t . Then we just called again, we were put on hold and when they finally answered and I told the assistant that we are just waiting for a date to get verified with Costco, she said, “Oh they haven’t talked to you yet? Please hold.”So we waited and the next time they answered after the hold they just hung up on us as soon as we explained why we were waiting again. Now they won’t answer the phone. We paid for the doctor’s visit, but will now need to go to another doctor to get the medication she desperately needs. Very sad about the bad service. One little error by the doctor could have been resolved very easily."

"Dr. Enriquez and his staff from the front desk to assistants to nurse practitioners have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. Having had experiences with other Medical offices across this great country I will still always come back to where they get the job done!!!!"

"I had to schedule an appointment and go in for them to tell me that the Doctor is not accepting new patients at this time. I had made my appointment and was told that there would be no issues with my appointment. I was then promptly called and told that if I did not make the appointment, I would be charged $75 for basically wasting their time. I drive all the way over there, taking time out of my schedule, to sit in a waiting room filling out paperwork for an hour, just to have the receptionist tell me, they aren't taking new patients. Why would you be making appointments with new patients if your aren't accepting new patients? To try and cash in on $75? So if I waste their time I'm getting charged, but if they waste mine it's perfectly ok? Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time with them."

"Dr. Enriquez is very thorough and his bedside manner is friendly and courteous. His facility is fully equipped. Not only is he my primary care physician but he is also my emergent care doctor for any emergency I have had over the past 15 years."
