"I’m giving two stars only because the facility is very nice and the PSRs and nurses were super nice and friendly. Dr.Covut however has terrible bedside manners and terrible thought process. I know they said he was new, but he needs to address things. I’m not getting into everything since it’s personal, but I know I am not the only one whose had issues with him. You should have not went into this speciality if that’s how you act with patients (cold uncaring, and bothered). Especially people who are dealing with hard things like cancer or a diagnosis of something else. I don’t think I have ever had a bad doctor in my life. So, unfortunately it was this one. And another lesson Dr.Covut needs to learn is listening. On my chart he put two cancer diagnosis for my maternal grandmother that she never had! I even filled out the green paperwork for all of the history. I also took my mother with me who is an RN so she could help explain what’s on our sides of the family. On top of that I always like to go through MyChart to look at the after visits summary and notes just so I didn’t miss anything or forgot what was mentioned. In his disposition notes he completely changed what he told us to our faces and said “no follow up needed she has our number and can call us anytime.” Despite him saying I would and should follow up in 4 weeks after another blood draw and other testing. He’s a mess. Terrible doctor. Terrible beside manners and terrible attitude. But I truly do thank the nurses and PSRs they deserve recognition! 5/5 for them."

"I was scheduled for my 3rd 5 hour infusion that I get every 6 months. The check in process was simple and quick each time. Never looking forward to sitting still for 5bhours, but the staff there is very easy to work with, they are very friendly and attentive to each patient. I usually have problems getting line started, but today and the first visit was just a one time try and got it started. These people are fantastic. I highly recommend them if you need these services.A"

"Dr. Maeza explained everything so I could understand what was going on. The receptionist, nurses, and the young lady who took my blood were very helpful and put me at ease. I thank all of them for making my visit very pleasant."
