"Update: Just drove 5 miles over here a SECOND time at 11am on Saturday to find the office closed when they are listed as being open all day. Tried calling to verify beforehand, but of course no one ever answers the phone. Very poorly run business. Just drove 5 miles over there to find a closed office at 6pm, when their hours are listed as being open until 8 pm."

"Before covid 19 I would bring my children to Rincon on Diversey and it was the best part of my day, things have not been easy for me being a single mom and having to rush from work to their therapy session. The ladies in the front desk would always welcome us with a smile and if it was cold outside offer my children hot chocolate, and me some coffee or tea. The therapist was kind and listened to my children and gave them task to complete during the week and help my oldest with his anxiety. Now we are no longer able to go into the office, but my children are doing better. Thank you Rincon."
