"After trying a ton of other places for deep tissue massage, Northwest Massage Therapy takes the cake. Staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Both receptionists go above and beyond to make sure customers have a good experience like keeping appointment change requests in mind or small holiday treats, etc. Marge has even helped when my car needed a jumpstart. My regular massage therapist Rachel does an amazing job every time. She always makes sure to really understand what you want out of your massage and does an excellent job incorporating feedback as she works. Prices are very reasonable, especially if you get the buy 5 get 1 free package. Overall a well run business with excellent staff and great value."

"Found this place years ago after buying a Groupon. Hadn't been in years due to Covid and general busyness. I forgot how fantastic they are! My experience from other massage therapists is that they go through their routine and that's it. Even when they ask you about specific areas to focus on, they don't really spend that much time on it. These therapists are on a mission to heal you. They understand the body and work to ensure you don't just feel relief during the massage, but also moving forward. They are invested in your health. The space is soothing upon walking in the doors. It was immaculate...neat, clean and organized. Myself and  Every one I recommended were very happy with what they do. "Rachel T. Is hands down the best. I had my first visit about 2 weeks ago and it was by far the best massage I’ve had in over 10 years. What made it so great? She listened. My neck and shoulder were in non stop pain for 2 months. I asked her, can we please focus on those areas. Now in 10 years of massage when I ask someone to focus on an area, they say yes and jump right in to routine focusing two minutes on the area i requested. Rachel actually listen, she focused in the area in need and knew what she was doing. It was clear she was skilled and experienced. Highly recommend her.."
