"Angelina, front desk woman did it again. She orders my Uber, the Uber cancels and she doesn’t make me aware. I already wrote a bad review regarding the same issue with Angelina and no one is doing anything to solve this continuous issue. I don’t appreciate the Uber ride since the clinic is making a ton of money when I attend Therapy. They need to pass the Uber task to a responsible and caring employee."

"I am going to rate them 5 starts because they have been so good to my mother for more then 10 years, Dr. Russel has been great at taking care of my mom's health after her stroke and she is doing wonderful, Also Tiffany and Alicia are amazing! I know, I know they take their time... there are long waits... but I see how they take the time to listen and talk to their patients. if you have an emergency don't go there is better to go to the ER or an emergency care clinic."

"I understand the physician & his staff are busy, but coordinating his clinic hours seriously needs improvement. Having an appointment @ 4:30pm to be roomed @ 6:21pm & told things can’t be done because the staff has left & still waiting to see the physician @ 7:02pm is beyond ridiculous. The only reason why I’m still waiting is for a prescription. I apparently have to come back for new labs early another day. This is physician’s practice needs a revamp on how it’s run."

"The worst place ever. They made my mom wait for 3 hours. Unprofessional staff. The answer they said to my mom was that she should change the clinic. Horrible place, it should be closed. She came home without doctor attention after 3 hours waiting fasting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
