Better Medicine Today

"I’ve been going to Dr.Moses for 5 years now. Recently she sold her soul and her practice to corporate America (Better Medicine Today; aka HCA Healthcare). I looked up the company she’s now associated with and their “ethics” state that their shareholders are more important than patients. They had a drop-down menu and on it was an option for “investors”. They care more about making money than prioritizing patient care. Since then (less than a week since she sold her practice) I have not been able to get ahold of her or anyone at her office; all their mailboxes are full and they are not responding to emails. She used to be my favorite doctor because she actually cared about her patients and their health but ever since she cashed out she’s been MIA. Corporate healthcare prioritizes profit over patients and WE’RE the ones suffering from it. Before she sold her practice it wouldn’t take more than 2-3 days to get a response email & if I called, they’d either answer or get back to me within a day or two. I’ve been reaching out to her office for over 2 weeks now. I’ve called over 10 times trying to reach someone at her office because I need to schedule an appointment and I’m out of my medication & need a refill to function due to my ADHD. It’s obvious that when she sold her practice to make a profit the care she had for her patients was left behind. Don’t go here, you wont be taken care of. Find a primary care physician that isn’t associated with the corporate for profit healthcare system."

"This place is very disorganized especially since they changed systems. I'd to wait months Jul to Sept 2023 to get a prescription request granted as no one will call me back or the pharmacy. The front desk is very unpleasant and the office manager makes excuses for her staff. I was told to do virtual visit due to weather but staff that called didn't check that my insurance wouldn't cover it only to get a call this morning that I need to do in office. Dr Moses is very nice but if her support staff or system is failing miserably it does very little to make the overall experience better. I wouldn't recommend this practice at all to anyone!"
