"I think highly of Dr. Perez she’s pleasant and professional & a 5 star, but when it comes getting refills, it is very difficult, it seems like the only time I can get me a scripts filled properly is if I come into the office and they call them in, I’ve been trying to get an antibiotic Azithromycin med that I was on previously to get it refilled about a week ago and I left messages and Melinda‘s voicemail. Also the office managers voicemail with my name and phone numbers and they never got back to me and I’m really really contemplating on looking for another primary care physician. Thanks."

"I have had good experiences with the actual caregivers. However getting my scripts is difficult. After calling twice a week since Easter with full information nothing happened. I have left messages for office manager 3 times. No responses until today when I was called and scripts were sent in by "I just do meds". Last call to office manager was about intent to complain to both my government insurances. Still no call from office manager. I have yried many phone nbers to speak to someone higher up and all numbers have been for other medical companys who have no info to help I will keep my promise to turn them in to medicare and tricare as it appears that i am not valued. I have been without necessary medications for over 6 weeks now. An office that cannot return calls over a 2 month period is not giving good patient care. I.I."

"I was seen yesterday by a Physician Assistant, (PA) Andrew Kelly. Mr. Kelly was one of the best I've ever encountered. He listened to me carefully, while looking at me, rather than at his computer. He was very thorough with his exam and questions. He explained everything and made sure I understood everything he said. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions without hurrying me out of the exam room. I absolutely recommend Mr. Kelly as a PCP. Mr. Kelly is in the Internal Medicine department of Millennium Physicians at the Kingwood location."
