"Dr Patel is very good 5 stars but office staff fell way below par as they did not let me in as an annual physical causing me to pay out of pocket for my annual check. Also office staff failed to meet my needs by not sending me a portal link so I could set up an account to view my lab results. It also took a week to receive a prior dr authorization for ozympic."
"The actual medical office itself is good. I was only there for a short period of time because my personal doctor was off on this day. I went in to see Tanya Casagrande a PA at this location. Her assistant was excellent but Tanya herself was very distant and barely said anything or even looked at me. It was very weird. She kept the whole 6ft distance thing and once she told me I didn’t have Covid it was basically “Bye” and that was a message through her assistant. I won’t be back at this location or if I do, it won’t be me seeing Tanya"

"This location is nice. As long as I can see Dr. Kashyap I’m a happy camper! Do note when leaving the property there is a side road as you leave that allows you to u-turn around. You DO NOT have to go on 242 and drives miles and miles down for a turn around!"
"I was there yesterday for my blood work and annual physical! This is my second visit to this location! I had registered online so everything was ready when I got there! Staff was very responsive to my needs and listened to my concerns! When it was time for my blood work as always I was apprehensive, but this was a breeze! Got the vein and blood without a big bruise left behind! I must say that besides ring a little bit hard to find it was a very positive experience! Recommend IKP Family Medicine, staff and process excellent! The only thing missing was that adorable Dr Patel! He left me in good hands with PA Amy! Thanks"
