"I absolutely love Dr. Vital. I have had a LONG and unexpected journey of hives and allergies and he’s been understanding and helpful the whole way through. He notices every detail and knew within two seconds that I had an infection. The clinic listens and accommodates for urgent matters as well and will do whatever to help you out. Listen, he does tend to run behind on his schedule almost always but I just bring a book and wait my turn. The wait is worth seeing him and now that I know, I come prepared. All the staff here are also so welcoming and sweet, from the front desk to his nurses. I enjoy coming in for my routine visits; it’s not just another errand to check off."

"This practice came highly recommended to me by a friend so I really wanted to like the place. There is another review about a month prior to this one by Drew H. that outlines a nearly identical experience that I had. I saw Dr. Vital and I tried to stick it out with him because I heard from multiple people that he's a "genius"... that was not my experience. He was very dismissive of me when I tried to tell him how I was feeling. He kept telling me that he was going to take care of me and make me feel better, but he could never remember what we discussed in our previous appointments, never executed our treatment plans, often forgot to input prescriptions. He would just keep giving me steroid and B12 shots. When I complained directly to him, he said he would make it financially right by not charging me for the appointment. He still did; they collected up front and I still owed a balance after that. He kept telling me I had a chronic sinus infection, which is fine, but then would not give me the full treatment to get rid of it. So I probably still have it, 2 years later. He tried to cover up the fact that he didn't know what was going on with friendliness. I got shots for over a year and I wasn't feeling better. He never followed up with me. Maybe his patient load outgrew his capacity; eventually, he would shift me off his schedule onto other providers there without telling me. He also often runs 1-2 hours behind. The scheduling staff is rude and the facility is very old, which again is fine, but it's not clean either. Only the shot nurse was nice to me and took the time to actually ask how I'm doing. But when I told her I didn't feel better, there was again no follow up from a provider. It seems multiple people share this experience. I would recommend continuing to do your research. EDIT: I have not seen an allergy doctor since I stopped seeing Dr. Vital because I was pregnant and my OB advised against getting any allergy treatments done until I was done nursing. I am talking about my experience SPECIFICALLY with Dr. Vital."

"I see Dr V in Houston for food intolerance. I am a personal trainer and saw, that as I get older (post menopause), certain foods cause serious inflammation, HORRIBLE bloating, stomach pains, etc. Dr V has helped me manage my food allergies and sensitivities that I never had when I was younger. I notice a big difference in my stomach being flatter, less gas and bloating and more energy with a managed food plan that is tailored to my unique body and developing food allergies. I highly recommend Dr. V for any type of issues you have regarding food allergies/sensitivities especially for older women who develop these in menopause."
