"If I could give her zero stars I would! From day one she has brushed all my concerns under a rug. I went to "DR. CATHY HART" in 2016. I told her I was wanting conceive in the following year and wanted to get blood test done to make sure I was healthy. She told me I needed to see a gynecologist to see if I could have children... way ahead of her and told her I had already done that, but wanted to run blood tests and make sure I was healthy. She replies, " YOU ONLY GO TO THE DOCTOR WHEN YOURE SICK." I said," OKAY. " and was on my way. My husband who had the following appointment said they made him take blood when he went for just a check up as well! The second time I visited her I called up, while pregnant and sick and she said I go to my gynecologist for that as well! I spoke with my gynecologist and they said no my general practitioner was who I saw while sick, so I literally had to fight her to see me. At that point I had been sick for 1 week originally with a viral infection... she gave me an inhaler and sent me on my way. Ended up being sick for 6 weeks!!! I am in shock... during my first pregnancy found out I had hypothyroidism which could have been found out before if she had bothered to give me a blood test. I have recently become pregnant again.... and ended up in the er...because of another viral infection ( damn colds) and they gave me antibiotics bc I am an asthmatic and could develop pneumonia and have complications! I'm so sure I had pneumonia last time as well bc I was in so much pain and i told her and she said there was nothing she could do! Well that is a lie, the hospital gave me better care than she did and I was un the ER!!! They gave me 2 antibiotics and I was better with in a week!!! I have been complaining of being tired but chalked it up to pregnancy.... turns out I also have 3 large tumors on my thyroid that need to be biopsied while pregnant! My thyroid is also covered in tiny little tumors!!! So for the last 2 pregnancies I have had to deal with additional pain and suffering because of her not wanting to give me a simple blood test!!! 2 years before I decided to have children. She mad me suffer while sick when I came to her!!! If.my biopsies come back cancerous I get to stress even more about my son and unborn son! Added stress to an already stressful situation. It's sad when you have insurance and have to beg the medical field to take care if you! If I do have cancer I am going to make an appointment and tell this to her FACE!!!! Do not see her if you want to be healthy and prepared or even be healed. I am so angry with you "DR. CATHY HART" you're the worst physician I have ever seen. I tell every doctor I have what you did and they also cannot believe how you treat or lack there of! You are bad person and if my children have to grow up wothout a mother I will do everything in my power to have your license revoked!"

"I'm a little shocked at some of these reviews. I have been a patient of this office for several years, and have always been more than happy with my treatment from Dr. Hart, as well as her staff. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and actually listens when I explain symptoms (etc.), and she and her staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure my medical treatment is correct and make sure I am comfortable during my visits. I usually arrive right at the time of my appointment, and I have always been seen within 5-10 minutes of my arrival."

"I have never been treated so badly at a doctor's office. Took me 5 days of calling and getting put on hold forever, shuffled back and forth to the voicemail (which was never responded to) for me to finally get an appointment; her staff is SO rude over the phone and even ruder in person, I discovered. I had misgivings about going at all after all this; I should've listened to my feelings. I was 10 mins. late because the traffic up there is horrendous, there was only 1 other patient there, and they told me they had to reschedule. They refused to discuss it and said that Dr. Hart made that decision. Dr. Hart refused to speak with me and her "Nikki" I think is her name told me to leave because I was upset. I was not surprised to read the reviews posted here; all bad. It's no wonder her 2 PAs left. If Dr. Hart is as "excellent" a doctor as her patients say, then she should care about how her patients are being treated so badly by her staff. I lay the blame at her feet; it's her office and her patients. She has to be aware of the problem and just doesn't care. I advice anyone to stay away from this office. A doctor's office that doesn't care about its patients is a dangerous place to be."

"Dr. Hart is an amazing dr, but her office staff is terrible. I have recommended so many friends to her and each one has come back with a horror story about the front desk girls. I am embarrassed to recommend her to anymore of my friends. She is a great doctor, she just needs a better front office. They don't call back when they say they will. I had an apt. at 2pm for UTI, the night before was so bad that my mom drove me at 8am to see her. We were the first in the office, and I was laying on floor in a ball, throwing up and crying in pain. Her front desk told me "your apt isn't until 2, come back then". My mom offered to pay a copay then and again at 2 if we could just come in and do a urine culture so when we come back at 2 I would already be on meds. The lady just shook her head, didn't listen, didn't offer to ask the dr. Just said "nope, apt is at 2". I tried to wait, and ended up in hospital. The UTI had spread up to kidney. I stayed in the hospital for 2 days on IV of antibiotics. When we saw dr. Hart for follow up we told her what happened. She had no idea and was in disbelief. I truly don't think she knows half of what goes on in the front. Again, she is an amazing dr. but her staff is the worst!!!"

"I agree with the other former patient, TERRIBLE. I actually liked Dr Hart and had seen her on a number of occasions and recommended her. The last time I scheduled an appt. was to get back on medications she had previously prescibed and to no fault of hers I had not come back for the test needed to continue to fill the presciption. Being off the meds for some weeks my symptoms had come back full force and getting worse be the minute. She was unavailable and I saw her PA. I went for the test and was called by her office and told my Thyroid was now normal but my vitamin D was extremely low. I questioned at that time because my symptoms had gotten so bad are they sure this is just vitamin D deficiency. She told me my level was severe and that would explain the symptoms and they would call in a prescription. Since my symtoms worsened, I called asking if I could change from D2 to D3 based on friends, internet, pharmacist and my nurse sister had asked her doctor and all agreed D3 worked better and faster. I was told theyd ask the doctor and get back with me. No response and another month with D2. My symptoms continued to get worse and I called again. This time I asked what my thyroid level was and why they didn't want me to continue the medicine if it was a normal level. "doesn't that mean it was working, I'm feeling much worse can you ask the doctor". I go home now knowing my level and realize per my notes it was about the same as when she originally had me tested and prescibed medicine for hypothyrodism but now its "normal" I typed in my level on the internet and it says not normal....feeling worse. Decide I really need to asked about this. Surely the doctors not getting my messages. Went to their sight and sent email. No response. Sent another titled 2nd request asking to refer to previous email. no response. Third and Finally a response obvious that she didn't see or read the first email. She was mainly concerned that I didn't come in for a pap smear. None of my questions were answered. I went to the office to get MY records and I was told I would have to pay for them and needed to pay for the pap smear appt. Thinking surely Dr Hart doesn't know that no one calls me back, I'm concerned for my health, I have questions about the medication that was prescribed...I'll call the after hours line and I got her. I told her who I was and I have been trying to reach her and she said I'm not going to talk to you. Yes, I raised a stink in her office after 3 months of trying to get helped and never hearing from her or anyone else with any answers. I should have just gone to another Dr. the first time I was treated rudely and ignored but as I first said, I did like Dr Hart. My mistake thinking she didn't know what was going on in her own office. She obviously does and doesn't want to be bothered. Well she will no longer be bothered by me and I will be telling friends not to go there. The crazy thing is I would have paid ten times the cost of a pap smear to have gotten some returned calls or emails. Who's going to trust those people with a pap smear. I had made the appt before they were so rude and all they care about is getting their money because I didn't trust them to have it done there."
