"They send you lots of text messages before the scheduled visit to remind you to confirm the appointment again and again. Then they want to take your photo to check in, saying “I need to take your photo”, making it sounds that you have to give them your photograph. Reject them. You can’t pay in cash. They require you to sign for stuff you have no idea what it is. They read it to you, but you don’t see the text that you are signing for. You just have to trust them that you are not signing away your house for free. Entitled, bossy staff. Avoid."

"Kristal (front desk) tried to intimidate my teenage daughter into giving a bunch of demographic information, telling her she had to give it in order to register. And when I gave pushback, she was rude and condescending to me. But I told my daughter that she didn't need to give all that info, and Kristal dropped it. But how many other young people does she intimidate into giving more information than they are comfortable with? Not cool. Plus parking at this location is very tough unless you valet."
