"Worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Please be sure to do your own research on charges and ask plenty of questions as well as follow up on the billing. They will charge you incorrectly, lie about charges and cannot explain the charges. I have been going to this office for several years when they were located on Knight road and nothing has changed. I will not be going back ever! Dr. Do is a great doctor however the un-professionalism of her staff will have patients not wanting to return. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful at all."
"While my referral and overall treatment was great, whoever handles the billing/insurance handling needs to be fired. I have had an ongoing back and forth phone calls with billing and lab Corp for me being charged a fee that is covered under my insurance as a wellness exam. I’ve been told over 4 times (and 5 months later) now that I no longer will receive late bills from lab Corp because they have been dissolved only for me to still be reviving a bill months later. Unfortunately I will no longer be seeing this clinic as they are EXTREMELY unprofessional, and don’t know how to handle numbers or insurance as obviously stated in the other reviews."
"I will preface this with Dr. Do is a great doctor, but her staff is completely incompetent when it comes to basic tasks of up keeping a medical office. They sent my gall bladder follow up to an orthopedic doctor even though I specifically asked to have an X-ray sent, have billed me $1500 for a physical even though my insurance is taken there and other appointments have been covered, and the staff is just rude in general. The only person I had a good experience with is Daisy who did my referrals. She’s very efficient. It’s unfortunate that Dr. Do will lose patients all to save money by hiring a staff that doesn’t know how to do their job."
