"This is the NASTIEST most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have EVER had the displeasure of being forced to interact with. I did not know the anesthesiologist that was attached to my procedure would be outside of the group that was performing my surgery. These NASTY people have randomly sent me bill after bill, all of which I've paid, and they have turned me over to this Frost Arnett company repeatedly; even after I've paid, This last time, I didn't even receive a ****ing bill and just started getting calls from this debt collection agency. I have not only not one good thing to say about this garbage business or its staff, but I hope the worst for everyone involved with it. SO disgusting. SO unprofessional. More, it's a violation of the oath these doctors took to inflict no harm on people, as attacking your credit over some insignificant amount like $128 when they were paid THOUSANDS by my insurance and HUNDREDS by me already, most certainly is."
"My surgery was self pay so I paid in advance and then they sent me an invoice for 4 times the amount quoted. I've been told it would be corrected but now two months later they have a collections company after me. Good thing I have everything in writing, so I'm covered, but like the other reviewer said....stay away from this group. They are the primary Anesthesia for Executive Surgery Center in Tomball."
"This business also goes by Bayou and Northwest Anesthesiology and Pain. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. They are unethical and will most definitely balance bill you as shown by their BBB ratings etc. They have been reported to multiple agencies. At the time of this writing they work out of TOPS hospital where they prey on patients believing they are getting in-network care through TOPS."
