"Office staff is terrible... in the middle of a pandemic why would you have an existing patient sit in the waiting room and complete all the same paperwork you complete as a new patient. All while several of the others waiting didn’t even have mask on. Totally irresponsible for a Doctors office .... I think it’s time to find a new doctor"

"I went to the doctor to see if they could help me and was surprised when told at the end it would require out of my pocket $17,500 to the first injection of four, and that although Medicare covers the cost, I would have to get my money back from Medicare. I completely rejected the whole arrangement and made that clear to the bookkeeper, who said they were going to need to order the injection and that it could take several days anyway. So I received a short consultation and no injection. Yesterday, I received in the mail from Medicare that the doctor’s had falsely billed Medicare for the injection, for the medicine in the injection and for new patient services. This is a very dishonest way of practicing medicine."

"Dr. Rensimer is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and patient. The two star is for his staff. My insurance clearly states a $25 copay for office visit and I had no problem with any specialty doctors before. His staff insisted to charge the full amount towards my deductible. I have to wait for my insurance to process the claim and make several phone calls to get a refund."

I went due to a pulmonologist's confusion as to my respiratory diagnosis. Pros - Appointment scheduled within a couple days of calling. - They were able to get me in the day before I was scheduled. - They stayed late so I was there after hours. - All lab work was taken care of while I waited. - The lab is conveniently located two floors above the doctors office. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Parking in the garage behind the building is free. - Doctor was very thorough and reviewed my previous medical records. - Doctor listened and took detailed account of my symptoms & history. - Doctor provides clear and concise information. - They called to check on me and provide results about 1.5 weeks after my appointment. - They scheduled me for a second appointment same-day after calling to check on me. Cons - I've waited 40 minutes to an hour to get in. This is preferable to the 30+ day wait required to get into other offices and HE IS WORTH IT. Even though it can be frustrating, I've always walked away glad that I waited. - There is a lot of paperwork and I suggest you read it. I will update as things progress."
