"I have a very bad experience with this company. I called about my daughter, who is having issues in school and needs a therapist quickly. When I called, I was 100% clear that I needed a therapist that could work with her after school as she couldn't miss anymore. So I was told they had the perfect therapist who could work with my daughter after school, but just the 1st initial appointment would be at 10:00 am for intake. I agreed to take her out of school for one morning for this. We went thru everything, and my daughter opened up to the therapist. Looked at the schedule for my daughter, and they have my daughter scheduled for the same time, 10:00 am on school days going forward. I called, and they acted like it was my fault. This was so bad to do this to a teen girl looking for help! no acknowledgment that this was WRONG to do to a kid whatsoever. Please say upfront that you can't help her and can't see her.. I do not recommend this place for any Kids or Teens. Just had to tell my daughter, who needs help I am starting over on Monday and looking for someone that can help her. Very unprofessional and hurtful to a child.."
