"I came here in the summer of 2021 for an adult ADHD screening. Their screenings consist of looking over your own rating scale, an interview with the counselor giving the assessment, and then a TOVA test, a type of computer assessment. On paper that all sounds fine but what I experienced was a screening that didn't feel very personalized. I didn't feel like I was being listened to or treated like a unique patient. It felt very cookie cutter being read basic, by the book questions in my interview. I found myself providing much elaboration as the questions alone weren’t giving me the opportunity to fully detail what I’d been struggling with to the counselor. The interview honestly felt quite short, probably no more than 20 minutes and then I was given the TOVA test. The TOVA test did last about 20 minutes and it basically consisted of me hitting buttons on a computer. When I finished, that was the end of my appointment. I got my report/results a week later and much of the scoring/rating came from the TOVA test, not from my own assessment, history, and interview. In the end my diagnoses recommendation was “no diagnosis given” as I didn't score high enough in hyperactivity and impulsivity, these two factors mainly being measured through the TOVA test. I feel like my own personal experiences weren't listened to and that the counselor simplified and condensed the entirety of my evaluation into a single computerized assessment in what was, overall a short appointment. And later when I looked up the counselor I met with on their website, I found out that she isn’t even one the counselors who specializes in ADHD. I feel like I was completely disregarded as a patient and wasted money on an assessment that only resulted in me receiving a report with recommendations I could’ve googled for free."

"A pure nightmare! My daughter has been seeing Andrea Schramm at unlimited potential for about 4-5 months. She has special needs and we were hoping to find some help for her. Unlimited potential seemed like a good option as they have experience (so they say) with autism spectrum disorder children. But Andrea is by far the worst therapist I have ever worked with. The way we were treated, as well as the distress it's putting my daughter trough is borderline criminal. Be very very careful."
