"This is the worst medical practice I have ever experienced in my life. I was referred to Dr. Ellent by my Gastroenterologist. The staff at Genesis is absolutely horrible. They lost my referral fax 3 times before I was even able to make an appointment, When I got my appointment and was seen by a nurse only, they never ordered procedures that we promised by the nurse. When you call the number there is no option to leave a message or speak to a person. I had to contact my Gastroenterologist and complain and they finally found me a number where someone answered the phone. Now the day of my 2nd appointment, 3 months after my referral they call and say they have to reschedule because I don't have a Catscan that they never ordered nor advised me I was supposed to get. Over 3 months after my referral for cancer screening and I have yet to see a doctor nor have any sort of screening. Do not go to any doctor in this practice. The staff will play piggy in the middle with your life."
