"I called on a Friday for a last minute appointment. My appointment was at 2:30, they made me wait almost two hours since I was an add on. The insurance wasn’t verified when I arrived. The front desk girl wasn’t too professional. If I wasn’t in so much pain I wouldn’t have drove for an hour and waited an additional two to be seen. When I got roomed, the NP Kimberly roomed me & didn’t clean the exam table, told me to take a seat. I took it upon myself to clean the exam table paper , yuck! Her demeanor was very high horse which was an immediate red flag. She asked a few questions, press on my stomach, entered my symptoms and said,” okay someone will be in to talk to you about having an endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled.” Another girl came and got me and wanted to schedule for Wednesday, I was unsure if I would have a ride & she stated the rescheduling fee is $300!!!!! What?! The back office gave such a bad vibe. Maybe the good reviews are from people who saw the Actual physician but I can honestly say,” I would have much rather stayed in pain than ever come back here.” This review is solely based off my experience."
"I came for a visit with the nurse practioner and she was very professional, kind, and gentle. She took her time explaining the treatment and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. It's not a comfortable thing to go to these types of places but she made it bearable."
