"Went for our first visit to the office on pellicano on 10/19/23. We have 2 Chihuahuas. When we arrived our female was terrified and severely stressed. They said she started bleeding and it was not them and don't know how it happened. We brought her home to try and calm her down but it was too late she had a heart attack and died. We thought this would be a good place with the ratings. They would not speak to what happened or have the decency to stop the service and call us so we could have had a chance to save our dog."
"This place is AMAZING! We've been taking our two dogs there for months now and the staff is awesome. They treat the pets with such care. They have cameras set up so you can see what they're doing and they also have a small patio area to keep the dogs busy instead of locked inside a crate. Their prices are great and the service is just top notch! Keep it up and thank you!"
