"Handicapped parking. But keep in mind. 274 steps down and back up. Beautiful view from up top. Great walk down....hard back up. See the statues down there, also a small historic building. An old store I think. We read the plaque that was there, the building wasn't open for tours?. Beautiful view of the bridge, no barges passed by under it ( darn it) would have made a great picture. By the way, you can drive down the the statue and historic building and the launch area. Instead of the City Stairs!!"
