"I absolutely live the staff here. My therapist is wonderful and knows when to push me and when I need a break. I get to take my sessions at my own pace and she truly cares about helping me. The office staff is wonderful and my therapist is always willing to work with me on my payments if I'm having a rough time financially. Highly recommend them"

"My family member returned home from a session in tears and wanting to self-harm after a therapist's unprofessional and tactless behavior. The people who go to therapy are seeking help and understanding, and my family member received judgment and intolerance. I have never heard of such negligence in this field, where treatment can literally be life and death. Patients suffering from PTSD, depression, or other emotional disorders need compassion, patience, and care. If your own insecurities cause you to lash out or feel upset by someone who is entrusting their emotions to you, this is the wrong profession for you. I hope you will treat future patients with more carefully. If you cannot, at the very least, don't make them feel worse."
