"Made an appointment with Audrey in 2019 when I desperately needed some guidance in my life. She completely stood me up. I drove in the snow and waited 3 hours with no text, email, or call. I repeatedly messaged and called her, probably around 20 times each. I was completely defeated after breaking down in the hallway of her office, the employees of the suite across the hall came out and offered me water and asked if I was ok. They also said she often had issues like this with patients. Finally, the next day she made some excuse about how she rescheduled her other patients and forgot about me. No apology, no request to reschedule, no empathy for me as I was in tears over the phone telling her I really needed help. The most unprofessional and least empathetic experience I've had in my entire life. I hope nobody who is in need comes to her for help."
