"Was informed Dr. Dayani sold his practice to Conviva and I would have to find another provider since they no longer take commercial insurance. Therefore, I sent a request and authorization for my medical records in November 23 as my new doctor wants me to bring them to my first appointment on January 31. I did not received my medical records and called them last week to follow up. I was assured they would be sent prior to my appointment. I did not receive them as promised so I called again this morning and was assured they would be sent to me today. Still haven't received them as of 4:50 PM . Called them again this afternoon and was told the same thing. I told the rep I am out of time and she needed to call someone in medical records while I was on the phone. I was told by the rep, who is in Miami, the medical records department will not answer their calls so she will send them another message. It is now 2 minutes before 5:00 PM and I still have not received my medical records. I told her to call the medical records department with me on hold. She said she did and they did not answer. She then informed me there is nothing else she can do. I told her I was going to go by the local office She agreed me going to the local office prior to my appointment with my new doctor is the only option. We need medical providers who actually care about providing good quality service and will live up to their responsibility and marketing promises. At this point, I am thankful Conviva will not be my medical provider."

"Your transition to Conviva sucks to put it plainly. I was called a month or so ago re you no longer take my insurance. No problem, your choice. So you cancelled my November appointment. Again no problem your choice. And I had reasonable amount of time to find a new doctor. From my karst appointment I was under the mistaken impression that all of my prescriptions had been properly submitted to get me through to my next appointment. Wrong! The last refill called in for that script was only in July for 30 days not the regular 90 days. My pharmacy informed me of the issue 9/6 when they contacted you for a new script. No response from you. I have been calling for days only to get answering service. Left message. No return call. Office finally answered phone today. I was informed they cannot call in refill script now that they are Conviva. Even though they were contacted last week before the Conviva integration. And even though this is to correct their mistake done back in July. No way they can do anything about it. Not sure whatever happened to medical ethics. Apparently nonexistent these days. I am only requesting they fix their original mistake and provide me refills at least until what was to have been my November appointment. As we all know too Medicare only pays for a certain number of visits within a certain time frame. By their dropping patients so quickly will leave many of us with no alternatives in the meantime. My issue has nothing to do with the original switch to Conviva. I am on Medicare. It has to do with dropping BCBS. I am listing to warn other unsuspecting clients. Always remember you are just a number. Even though you might think medical providers have ethical responsibilities apparently business contacts and doctors’ deals supersede. Just move to another group and you are not responsible for any acts done in your previous relationship. Wish non accountability applied in my business."

"Conviva is not interested in patient care. Their main concern is with enforcing severe office rules. They accept a limited number of insurance programs; esp. Medicare Advantage. We had to find another primary physician because of their rules. You cannot see the doctor when needed but only at their schedule. My disabled son needed to see the doctor - the earliest they would schedule an appointment is late October ( Tis July now). This is very disappointing- we have seen Dr Dayani for 10 years (fantastic doctor) now we start over with new doctor."

"It’s so sad when your office staff tells patients that Dr. Dayani & Dr. Muthappa are no longer returning calls. I know these doctors are Excellent doctors. We were so happy with them but I guess all good things must come to an end! :("

"Dr. Dayani has been my mothers doctor for the last 8 months. He is doing such a great job! My mother has never been happier with a Dr. He pays attention to what she is saying and always follows up on any complaints that she has. My husband and I will soon be switching to this practice!! Staff is also very efficient and polite."
