"Hidden costs everywhere... I paid 3 invoices for one preventive visit that should have been covered by insurance. Not sure if it is a coding issue or if they did more than the routine annual."

"I have been seeing Dr. Calvert for 20+ years now and I’ve been happy with every single appointment. He listens to you without rushing you. You can tell he tries really hard to “fix” whatever is “broken.” And I’m broken but he has brought me back to life again after a series of traumatic events. It’s easy to get refills on the portal app they have. I’ve never been ignored and got a message back within a few hours. I don’t know why people are saying the staff is terrible, they’ve ALWAYS been super kind! I recommend this place 1,000,000%."

"The Doc was fine. Everything else is horrible. Don't expect phone calls back and if you need help with a Med refill you better start about a month early....You always have to leave a message : never a real person" . It tells you that you will get a call back the same day unless its after 4pm "don't hold your breath. I have been there maybe 3 times and I have never been seen at my set time,, usually wait about 60-90 mins after. It sucks because I really enjoy the doctor. But not enough to make up for everything else. BTW the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything, so much for keeping your info private."

"Stay away from this place!!! Went in for an annual physical and lab work, everything was great until two weeks afterwards. Was told Scott no longer was working there and a new PA would need me to come in and discuss my results. After waiting for well over 30 minutes, there was a 5-10 minute follow up (basically being told everything is good). This turned into a $315 charge to my insurance for an “office visit”. If you do go to this place for an exam, good luck… you’ll need it!"

"The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait time and the fact that the walls are a bit thin. Dr. Calvert is a great doctor. He's vested in his patients and really takes time to explain everything. The reason I travel an hour to see him is because he takes time to listen to me and sincerely cares about his patients. He doesn't just look at numbers, make assumptions and push me on. I do think he should schedule less patients in a day although I've accepted the fact that I may wait a while and he's worth it. Bring a good book."
