"I have been seeing Dr. Javvaji as my PCP for years. She came to help residents at the memory care community for which I previously worked. She was so personable, communicative, and caring with each of them that I decided to switch to her as my primary care physician. She and her assistant Nadelya have been so incredible working through numerous health issues with me. I am 53 years old and have never been so pleased with a doctor. Dr. Javvaji treats you with kindness and grace, working on your true individual needs. I now have moved to Dallas but refuse to switch to any other PCP whose location is more convenient. I recommend her to every friend (no matter what age) and every resident of a senior living community in all of Dallas/Ft. Worth. She’s just that good!"

"Dr. Javvaji is amazing and I am sad to take my grandmother from under her care. However, her front desk staff and intake are extremely unprofessional and down right rude. I have never changed doctors due to staff but we are currently in the process now. IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY WONT TELL THE DOCTOR…… BUT THEY WILL PLAY DOCTOR AND CALL YOU BACK TO BE COMBATIVE. Don’t forget they have a 72 hour callback, no emergency on-call line and when you question not being called back (over a week) for a geriatric patient with heart failure they inform you to make an appointment to speak with the doctor. The lack of empathy, kindness, customer support or true care with the staff in office and over the phone is why I don’t have a choice but to find a new doctor."

"If you have ever been to this office you already know that Dr Jivaggi, Nadelya and all staff are awesome!! This review is concerning Emsella which is fantastic. Easy, quick, noninvasive treatment for weak pelvic floor muscles that seem to come with age and/ or childbirth . Six treatments are recommended but I saw results right after the first treatment. Nothing short of a miracle!! Definitely give this a try before ever considering invasive surgery. Thank you so much Dr Jivaggi for making this technology available in your office!!"
