"I had a teledoc visit in July of 2020, paid my copay, and thought everything was finished there. Now in November of 2021 I am getting a request for $160 of additional charges associated with that visit. 15 months later I am getting price gouged. When I brought this to the staff's attention I was treated rudely. I went to my insurance and they said they had not yet received a claim from this office. I have circled back with this office several times and not only has no progress has been made but in fact now my requested charge has increased to $200 AND I received a nasty message from one of the staff on accident that clearly wasn't meant for me. I am dumfounded by how awful this practice is. I highly advise anyone to go any where else."

"UPDATE: Recently got a call from the new management. They refunded my money and sent the bill to insurance. Was a massive hassle but seems like the practice is in good hands. Visited for the first time to get a simple EpiPen replacement. I gave them my insurance information while there. After three months, four phone calls, two online messages and an email they are still trying to bill me as a cash patient. I ended up just paying the bill but will not be returning and will be warning everyone about this place. Doctor was great, management isn't."
