"The professors are okay and the courses are easy enough but there is a serious lack of structure and communication throughout staff - especially the front office. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the right person for help. Also, tuition rates are rather high for a community college. I only enrolled at NC because of the dual credit program while I was a high school student. Otherwise, I would’ve just applied to TCC."

"Professors are okay, but whatever you do, do not take English with Thompson. He screwed me over big time. Lost my grades telling me I didn't turn in a single assignment 5 weeks in! Ended up dropping the course getting no refund thanks to that guy. Find someone else to teach your English classes."

"I attempted Navarro for 3 semesters, but was very disappointed. Being an adult making my jump back into college I felt there was little to no guidance support. No direction or recommendations to reach my goals... just "what do you want to take". I've recently transferred and the counselor was everything I needed a year before. She asked about my long term goal then we discussed several routes to get there. Night and Day difference. If you can go somewhere else, go."

"I'm rating 5 stars for the quality of the institution. All of my classes at Navarro were on the Midlothian or Waxahachie campuses. If you are looking for intimate classes with relatable and sociable professors than this is the college for you. Even better there is no shortage of class openings. I highly recommend this community college over the crowded Tarrant and Dallas county systems."

"Its small , office staff is not the best they will make you wait while they look at cat videos with one another. Teachers are decent. My biggest problem was when i payed all my tuition at once they didn't tell me i couldn't get any back if i needed to drop a class which i did the next day and it was frustrating. Apparently it was past the refund deadline, being told that would have been nice."
