"This review is specifically for the on call doctor this evening “Magdalena” which by a quick search I assume is the PA for the bedford location but not sure. Extremely rude and unprofessional***. This office clearly has no regard for its patients. My mother who is 65 years old was seen today and was told she may have a broken ankle/foot, she was sent to the bedford envision location immediately after her appointment to get an x ray and dr vattakuti said to call back same day so they can review the results of the scan to see how to proceed further. So after waiting an hour to be seen, saying her ankle could be broken and promising results and a discussion by EOD, traveling to Bedford to get the scan done and calling over 6x to the office prior to 5pm with no answer, I call the after hours number around 6:30 and get a call back / speak to Magdalena. I have no idea how she could possibly have patients with the disgusting attitude and the way she spoke to me saying “there is no x ray location in bedford” and saying there is “no way dr v said by EOD”. I mean if you have someone with a broken ankle who you send home with no care and no follow up what can be expected for a serious complication that could come up? And this is how a medical “professional” speaks to patients / family of patients?Extremely frustrating and even when I told Magdalena that she seemed to have an attitude she CONTINUED with the same way of speaking as if she did not care and then HUNG UP ON ME after saying she did not know what was discussed and doesn’t know where my mother was seen. I will be filing a formal complaint to corporate. I go to the southlake location with absolutely ZERO issues, they are professional and kind with timely responses and they answer their phone during business hours. If you are searching for a PCP I suggest you go there."

"Provider Melanie is great. I'd highly recommend her. She is attentive and listens to every concern and tries to get to the bottom of them. My problem is with everyone else I have come into contact with. My first appointment: it was an hour late getting started. After it started, I was directed to start tests, without seeing Melanie first, or given any reason why these tests were needed. After Melanie entered, all my questions were answered and she took me seriously. She referred me to get additional testing elsewhere. After that testing was completed, nobody called me with results as promised. I called the imaging location, who had sent the results a week prior. After following up again, I was told nothing had been received. I sent a message to Melanie and then suddenly all results were instantly available. My second visit: Melanie was great again. Referred me to a specialist with an urgent tag. The specialist is pretty backed up, so I reached out to see if my need is more urgent than the specialist has available and if I need a different referral. It's been a couple weeks and I have not received a response. I guess it is not that urgent. My third visit: I am having a reaction to something given to me, so I scheduled an appointment once again. The next available time (3 days later) is really inconvenient, but I scheduled it anyway because I have a burning rash on my face. The next day, I decided it wasn't worth the shake up of my schedule, so I clicked a button in the app to cancel. Nothing happened. The next couple days the appointment showed up in the app. Just to be sure, I called the morning of the appointment to verify since it was still in the app and the appointment was still scheduled. I said okay, see you then. After I hung up, I got a text and an email with details about my appointment. I showed up and now they're showing the appointment is cancelled. So there's a nice hours drive and time off work just for them to have it cancelled after just confirming two hours prior. After 3 chances, I will be finding a new PCP. It's unfortunate because I like Melanie, but it's not worth the extra headache."

"Do not go here!!!! Just another corporate arrogant doctor. From my first visit she dismissed my concerns and had an attitude. As a full time mom, student, and work I don’t have the capacity to always take off an go in. I came in and was charged just for her to tell me to leave and throw the chart at the assistant upfront. I feel so sorry for her staff for having to deal with someone so bitter. Never coming back here. Oh and Dr. way to go to fall into the stereotypical doctors who don’t care and judge patients."

"Dr. Falaki is an awesome doctor. She is very calm, understanding and knowledgeable. I never have any problems getting information or appointments. The other staff members there have always been very professional and courteous. I am glad she is my primary care doctor."
