"I've used them twice for Sinus Infections and they send the prescription very quickly. Last time, I started getting an allergic reaction and they called me in something else for no additional fee. Most recently, they sent my prescription to Safeway and then when I got there, it wasn't there. They said they'd resend it but ended up sending it to Walgreens nearby instead without even asking me? I don't know why. But either way they are very quick with everything and the service really works and they played a hand in me getting better quickly. Once they work out the kinks, I'd give them 5 stars!"

"If I could give this service a zero stars I could. I had wisdom tooth surgery and a few days later during the weekend, I started developing intense pain in my mouth. As my oral surgeons office was closed, I found this online Dental urgent care. I paid the $59.99 fee. There was literally only 1 question during intake with radio buttons to choose symptoms. I submitted the form. I expected to get some sort of confirmation but all it said was you’ll hear from a provider within several hours. I waited several hours expecting a provider to call me. Luckily I checked my email and they had sent a prescription for antibiotics and diagnosed me with an infection. I followed up with my surgeon the next day and he stated this service mid-diagnosed me and that I had dry socket in 2 extraction sites. I had to go into the office for them to relieve the pain. All other online telehealth visits, I had a provider always call and ask more in depth questions to ensure a right diagnosis. Not this place. Not even a doctor wrote my prescription. It was a nurse practitioner. I requested a refund due to them misdiagnosing me. I stated I would file a dispute with my cc company if they weren’t willing to refund. To my surprise, I got the most unprofessional email back from them threatening me stating, “good luck with disputing, we will show your credit card company proof that you signed a waiver for us to treat you and we don’t provide refunds”. This response was absolutely disgusting and since then I have filed complaints with the BBB and with my state’s attorney generals office. In the words of my oral surgeon, “this place should be investigated and shut down”."

"Fastest treatment , the site says they don’t open until 8am but the doctor assigned to me reviewed my file, and sent off the prescription at 6:30 am! The pharmacy isn’t even open, but I am so very happy with that."

Doctor Alexa was great! one of their doctors got back to me within an hour and called in an rx for antibiotics to my pharmacy. I was already feeling much better by the time I left for my trip the next morning. Would definitely use this online doctor service again."
